Yes, of course. Registration is not mandatory. All order information will be sent to your email address. However, if you register with us, you will see an overview of your orders in your account a bit more clearly.

If you wish to change the shipping or payment method after submitting your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@adonio.cz. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Product Information

Yes, every pair in stock undergoes a thorough authenticity check. Our team of experts always ensures that the sneakers are original and without any defects. We have been active in sneaker sales for several years, and during that time, tens of thousands of pairs have passed through our hands. The price of sneakers primarily depends on the limited availability of the pair. The sneakers on our website are very rare and sought-after, and most of them sell out within seconds of their official release. With our sneakers, you can be sure that you won't easily see them on anyone else.

The price of sneakers is influenced by the secondary market, where each size has a different rarity. The rarer the shoe size, the more expensive it is.

It's best to first check the size tag on a pair of sneakers that fit you well. You'll find it inside the shoe or on the box. You should check the insole length ("cm" or "JP") and select your size from the size chart accordingly. Also consider whether the sneakers are women's (W), children's (GS), or men's.

Order Information

Yes, we do. We deliver sneakers to Slovakia via PPL and Zásilkovna (Packeta). Orders can be created for both home delivery and pickup points.

If you're interested in the current status of your order, open our chatbot in the bottom right corner of the website and select "check order status". This will give you the exact status of your order.

All our orders are packed in five-layer cardboard boxes. Each shipment also includes bubble wrap. This ensures that your sneakers will not be damaged during transport.

We are truly sorry for this situation. Please contact us via chat on the website or at info@adonio.cz. You can send the sneakers back to us via any Zásilkovna (Packeta) branch using our return code 96675940. We will contact you upon receipt of the goods and send you the correct item.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@adonio.cz.

Shipping and Payment

Cash on delivery is only possible for sneakers available in the main warehouse – they will be marked "IN STOCK - EXPRESS". Other sneakers need to be sourced externally, and prepayment is required for these.

We offer payment by card, bank transfer, or Apple Pay, for example. For selected products (marked "IN STOCK - EXPRESS"), you can also pay cash on delivery or in cash upon personal collection in Prague.

Returns, Exchanges, and Complaints

We've elaborated on our satisfaction guarantee on the satisfaction guarantee page. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you won't pay a single crown – we will refund you the full amount, including postage. You can return the goods to us for free using our return code 96675940 (just provide it at any Zásilkovna (Packeta) branch).

Yes, you can. The process is the same as returning goods. Just add a note regarding the desired size to the return form. Please check if the requested size costs more than the original one – we will balance any price difference by bank transfer.

Yes, they can. If there is a defect in the goods, you can send the goods back to us with a request for a warranty claim. More information can be found here.

Upon receipt of the goods, we will send you a confirmation email. According to our terms and conditions, we have 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract to refund the money. However, we usually process refunds within a few days of receiving the goods.

Other

We do not have a physical store. For now, we operate solely as an e-shop. However, you can pick up sneakers in person in Prague by arrangement. This option is only available for sneakers marked "IN STOCK - EXPRESS". In your order, choose "Pickup at our warehouse in Prague" and we will contact you immediately.
