We ship orders both from our main warehouse and from our suppliers' warehouses. This may affect the delivery time. Orders from our warehouse are processed immediately. Orders that the supplier has in stock will be delivered within a week of ordering. You will always find the delivery date when you select a specific product variant.
We deliver to: the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Germany, Romania and Hungary.
We cooperate with several carriers and you can also order goods on delivery. You can choose your preferred carrier in the shopping cart.
Shoe care and wearing
Protect your footwear from moisture and let it dry thoroughly after each wear. Clean it with a mild solution and treat it with a suitable waterproofing agent. Do not wash it – it is not designed for soaking and can be damaged.
Use a shoehorn when putting them on and always untie them. Do not wear them barefoot.
Returns and exchanges
You can return items for free or exchange them for a different size within 14 days of receipt. For free returns, you can use our return code, which you write on the box, and the package will be sent from any Zásilkovna branch to our warehouse.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.

You need to check the insole length, which you'll find on the tag under "cm" or "JP". Then, check our size chart for the specific product and select the size with the same insole length.

You can always find the approximate delivery date on the product detail page after selecting a specific size. We either have each product in stock or we actively source it for you through a network of verified suppliers. Once you order, we immediately inform you of every step: secured → on its way to us → verified → shipped. For products not available in the main warehouse, delivery takes approximately one week.
